At Silves LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy details carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:
✅ The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong product sent).

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Used, washed, or damaged products (unless defective)
❌ Custom-made or personalized items
❌ Products without original packaging

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us within 30 days of delivery at joshua@breekyn.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product (if defective/damaged)

    • Reason for return

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to:

    Note: Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product): We cover return shipping.

  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item: You pay return shipping.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we’re not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To get a replacement, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video as proof.

  2. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund (no return needed in some cases).

7. Late or Missing Refunds?

  • Check your bank/payment provider first (processing times vary).

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us at joshua@breekyn.shop.
